Lailyn is the driving force behind Graceway Manpower, bringing over 12 years of expertise in business leadership, entrepreneurship, and personnel management.
Originally from the Philippines and now a proud Canadian, she blends global insight with local experience to create meaningful employment connections and care-focused placements across Canada.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Lailyn launched her career in 2007, quickly earning a reputation for integrity, innovation, and community-minded service. Her journey from migrant to mentor reflects the heart of Graceway’s mission — uplifting both employers and workers through trust, opportunity, and personalized care.
